A refund means returning the loan amount you received back to Cash-Express in order to cancel your loan agreement.
This option is only available if the credited loan proceeds are lower than the amount you originally applied for. By using the "Refund" button in your account, you return the money within 24 hours of receiving it, and your loan agreement will be considered cancelled.
- Log in to your account on the website.
- Go to Loan History and select the loan that was just credited.
- Click the “Refund” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Return the full credited amount as instructed within 24 hours of crediting. Keep your transfer receipt or screenshot as proof.
- After we receive and confirm the full refund within 24 hours, your loan agreement will be cancelled and the loan will be closed.
- If the full amount is not returned within 24 hours, the Refund button will disappear and the loan can no longer be cancelled via refund, the loan remains active and collectible.
