Q1: Who can apply for a loan?

A: Filipinos aged 21–70 years old, residing in the Philippines, with a stable source of income, an active mobile number, and a personal bank account or e-wallet. A valid government-issued ID and selfie verification are required.

Q2: How do I apply for a loan?

A:

  1. Visit www.cash-express.ph

  2. Register with your mobile number

  3. Fill in your personal details

  4. Upload a valid ID and take a selfie for verification

  5. Select your loan amount and repayment term

  6. Review and sign your loan agreement

Q3: What IDs are accepted?

A: We accept Passport, National ID, Driver’s License, SSS, UMID, Postal ID, and PRC ID.

Q4: How much can I borrow?

A: First-time borrowers can get up to ₱10,000, with a 0% interest promo for 7 days. Repeat borrowers may qualify for higher amounts depending on repayment history.

Q5: How soon will I receive the loan proceeds?

A: Usually within a few minutes, but it may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

Q6: What are the repayment terms?

A:

  • First-time borrowers: 7 or 14 days

  • Repeat borrowers: 7, 14, 21, or 30 days

Q7: What fees and charges apply?

  • Daily Interest: 1.8%–1.99%

  • Processing Fee: ₱150–₱2,500 (applied on first payment only)

  • SMS & eDoctors Fee: ₱150–₱500 (applied on first payment only)

Q8: Can I repay in installments?

A: No, installment terms are not yet available. But you can choose from:

  • Minimal Payment Option – pay the lowest required amount (covers interest + small principal deduction)

  • Full Payment Option – settle the loan in full (principal + interest + fees)

  • Custom Payment Option – pay more than the minimum to reduce your principal faster

Q9: Can I apply if I am outside the Philippines but using a roaming number?

A: Unfortunately, no. Due to country-specific restrictions, our platform can only be accessed and used within the Philippines. Applications from outside the country will not go through.

Q10: Can non-Filipino citizens apply if they are residing in the Philippines?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our services are strictly for Filipino citizens only.

Q11: Can I use a temporary National ID (black and white) to apply?

A: No. We only accept the official PhilSys National ID card.

Q12: What happens if I enroll a non-registered or non-validated e-wallet account?

A:

  • If the e-wallet is unverified: Your application can proceed, but you need to coordinate with your e-wallet provider to complete the verification.

  • If the e-wallet is unregistered: The loan disbursement will not proceed.

  • If disbursement fails due to using an unregistered account, you may contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Q13: What if I enrolled the wrong account number?

A: If you entered the wrong bank or e-wallet account number, please contact our Customer Support team right away so we can guide you on the next steps.

Q14: What is Reference ID?

A: Your Reference ID is your permanent identifier for paying your loans through GCash, Maya, or 7-Eleven.
It stays the same for all your loans, whether old or new.
Always use this ID to make sure your payment is properly credited.

Q15: Do you offer promo codes?

A: Yes. Promo codes are system-generated and are given only to selected repeat borrowers. If you are eligible, you will automatically receive your promo code through SMS, email, or in-app notification.

Q16: I can’t proceed to the selfie verification because my camera isn’t working. What should I do?

A: Please allow camera access first. Here’s how:

For Mobile Browsers
Google Chrome (Android/iOS):

  1. Go to Settings on your phone.

  2. Tap AppsChrome.

  3. Select Permissions → Enable Camera.

  4. Reopen Chrome and try again.

Safari (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.

  3. Tap Camera → Select Allow.

  4. Restart Safari and retry.
